Short Term Study Abroad Programs

Explore the US as an Oregon State University student

We offer two Short Term Study Abroad Programs at OSU, Study Abroad With English (SAWE) and Visiting International Student Program (VISP).

The SAWE program combines Academic English courses and OSU undergraduate classes. You will earn college credits in your field of interest without enrolling in a long-term degree. The program is customized for your English level and academic interest. Courses are available in liberal arts, business, engineering, public policy and the sciences.

Students in the VISP program will not need to take Academic English courses and can choose from a range of OSU credit-bearing courses including liberal arts, business, engineering, public policy and the sciences. VISP students will earn college credits in your field of interest without enrolling in a long-term degree.
