OSU International Cultural Service Program Scholarship (ICSP) for Corvallis and OSU-Cascades campuses

The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) which began at OSU in 1983, has attracted many outstanding students from countries around the globe. The program offers a scholarship to international students in exchange for cultural service to OSU, academic colleges, and the surrounding communities. The goal of the ICSP program is to increase cultural awareness and understanding throughout the local region and the state of Oregon. OIS Scholarships for Continuing International Students for Corvallis campus

OIS has scholarships for international undergraduate and graduate students who have been in their current program for at least one academic year. Scholarship amounts and eligibility vary by fund. Priority is given to students in the final stages of their programs to assist students in completing their degrees. Scholarships can be accessed through one application.

Requirements

  • Must have completed three (3) terms of academic study
  • Fully-admitted F-1 or J-1 status
  • In financial need
  • 2.5 GPA for undergraduate applicants
  • 3.0 GPA for graduate applicants
Note In cases of unexpected or extreme financial need during the year, there is a mid-year scholarship application. This application process is currently under review. We will post information once it becomes available.

 

OSU Opportunity Scholarships

The Benton Community Foundation offers the following scholarships to international students: 

  • The Joel R. Friend Scholarship is available to students from Thailand and Taiwan
  • The Lucy Hsu Ho Scholarship is available to students from China
  • Margaret Dowell-Gravatt, M.D. Scholarship, Scholarship is available to women pursuing a Bachelor’s in Zoology, Microbiology, or eligible Pre-Health Programs
  • The Hugh & Helen Wood Nepalese Scholarship is available to students from Nepal
